What is The Masterplan?

A single-player, top-down tactical heist game set in the 1970s. You build a criminal crew across 20 campaign missions, hiring and equipping robbers to steal loot, hold guards and civilians at gunpoint, use disguises, and hide bodies while avoiding or fighting the police.
