What is Heian City Story?
As the director of a city in historical Japan, you place shops, temples, and other facilities to attract residents and raise land values in this top-down city-building simulation. Nearby facilities can form street combinations, and Guardian Spirits help defend the city from monster attacks. Each in-game year ends with a culture rating.
