What is Do No Harm?

You play a doctor in a 19th-century island village caught in a Lovecraftian conflict. Over 30 days, you check patients’ symptoms, consult a medical book, use diagnostic tools, and inject treatments while hallucinations and other anomalies disrupt your work. Your decisions affect the villagers and lead to different endings.
