What is Slay or Fall?

This single-player, text-based roguelike casts you as a Dark Lord defending a dungeon from invading heroes. Each run gives you a limited number of events before a final confrontation. You manage four factions, resolve political disputes, cast spells, and weaken the heroes through skirmishes, starvation, corruption, or infighting.
