What is The Hilarious Three Kingdoms?

A single-player, 2D strategy RPG set in the Three Kingdoms era, following Liu Bei's campaign to unite the land. Across 22 levels, you move troops, attack, use skills, and use terrain to your advantage, while earning experience and choosing advanced classes, skills, and stat increases.
