What is Time Snatcher Handy?

You play Handy, a cat thief trying to escape the Time Museum after stealing a clock hand, in this top-down action roguelike. Freeze time to dodge bullets and line up attacks, collect exhibits, and fight guards and bosses across successive areas. Each escape attempt resets when the countdown runs out.
