What is Metal Drift?
This first-person vehicular combat game takes place in futuristic sports arenas. You pilot a hover tank in team matches, shooting opponents and pursuing shared objectives. Multilevel arenas contain boost tunnels, and you allocate accumulated energy to weapons or speed boosts.
For you if...
- +you enjoy experimenting with different weapon and upgrade combinations
- +you prefer teamwork and objectives over simply eliminating opponents
Not for you if...
- −you want traditional racing rather than armed arena matches
- −you prefer solo campaigns to competitive team matches
What players say
73% of 96 reviews are positive
Players praise the team combat, particularly in matches with friends. The main complaints are scarce online opponents and mandatory account login, even for bot and LAN play.
