What is No Escape from Madness?

A single-player, pixel-art shooter set in a post-apocalyptic Sector, where an otherworldly entity threatens to descend. You undertake missions to scavenge food, medicine, and materials while fighting monsters and human enemies. You also collect attachments to customize firearms based on real-world designs.
