What is Painkiller Overdose?

Painkiller Overdose is a first-person shooter in which you play Belial, fighting monsters from Hell with demonic weapons across 16 levels. You use Tarot cards for powers and face large bosses as the story follows the consequences of Daniel defeating Lucifer in the original game. Multiplayer supports maps and modes from the original Painkiller.
