What is Sid Meier's Covert Action (Classic)?
This single-player espionage simulation follows agent Max Remington as he investigates terrorism, smuggling, and extortion in the 1990s. Cases take you to cities across three continents, where you identify suspects, decipher codes, choose which leads to pursue, and use weapons to disrupt criminal plots.
