What is Epitome?
In this fantasy MMO, players explore realms ruled by Archons and work toward becoming one. They can talk with NPCs about the game, negotiate quest rewards, and ask for guidance on their character builds.

Yes. The developers disclose AI-generated content on the game's Steam page:
