What is Cosmic Ultramarine?

You play an ascended being in a single-player visual novel set in a universe formed from your past lives. Using a mobile terminal, you explore places ranging from 1990s cyberspace to the Sargasso Sea, meeting aliens, mechanical monks, and Earth's last dinosaur.
