What is Empire in Decay?

In this tactical roguelike deckbuilder, you follow procedurally generated routes through Daandria, the Empire's capital, toward a confrontation with the King in the Throne Hall. You collect and upgrade cards, recruit and improve units, find relics, and forge artifacts.
