What is Haunted Property?
This first-person Japanese psychological horror game is mainly a walking simulator set in a low-cost apartment. You walk through a mostly linear story as strange events at night and suspicious neighbors trouble a new tenant. There are two endings.
For you if...
- +you like first-person horror in an eerie domestic setting
- +you enjoy revisiting a story to see alternate endings
Not for you if...
- −you want more interaction than a walking simulator provides
- −you prefer lengthy, open-ended exploration to a linear story
What players say
93% of 192 reviews are positive
Players praise the apartment's eerie atmosphere, visuals, and story pacing. Some say the game ends too quickly, leaves questions unanswered, or gives them too little to do beyond walking.
