What we know: The July 28, 2026 development update announces a second playtest, following earlier Kickstarter and demo announcements.

What is Train Jumble?

You manage a train by rearranging passengers to keep them happy, spending their tips on seats, snack machines, bars, and other modules at stops. Completing runs unlocks modules for harder routes. The playtest covers Bavaria, with much of Europe planned for the full game.
