What is BattleLore: Command?
Based on BattleLore Second Edition, this strategy game puts you in command of armies in Terrinoth. You assemble and deploy troops, issue orders to individual units, and use army-specific magical powers. The single-player campaign follows the Daqan defense against the invading Uthuk Y’llan, while separate battles let you command either faction against a friend or the computer.
For you if...
- +you enjoy tactical positioning and planning around magical abilities
- +you want mission-based campaigns alongside matches against friends
Not for you if...
- −you prefer real-time battles to turn-based decisions
- −you expect an exact recreation of the tabletop rules
