What is Curse of Pirates?

You captain a ship through cursed seas in a single-player, 2D action roguelike, aiming to become Pirate King. During runs across five maps, you navigate between islands, fire cannons at monsters and rival pirates, hunt for treasure maps, and hire crew members.
