What is 双雄风流传（Romantic Emperor）?

Set in ancient China, this single-player simulation has an emperor's visual-novel storyline and a vassal's city-building route. As emperor, you follow dialogue clues to uncover court conspiracies; as a vassal, you manage workers, grow crops, develop technology, and build an army to overthrow the dynasty. Only the first two chapters of the emperor's route are currently available.
