What is Blood Vial?

A single-player, first-person roguelite set under the Holy Ones' rule, where you seek to destroy their sacred power source. You shoot enemies and swim through their blood to refill a constantly draining health bar, climb walls, pass through grates, and cross gaps. Between levels, you gain power through sacred pacts.
