What is Observe?

Observe is an Early Access, single-player simulation played on a world map. AI-controlled countries form alliances, fight wars, and collapse; you can take command of a nation or use God Mode to alter armies, diplomacy, and resources. Settings include Earth in a campaign beginning in 1912, custom scenarios, and procedurally generated worlds.
