What is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City?

In this first-person action adventure, you play as Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, or Michelangelo in New York, where the Foot Clan tightens its grip after Shredder’s death. You fight through sewers, streets, and rooftops using strikes, blocks, and dodges, and equip gadgets and upgrades from Donnie’s workbench.
