What is Astro Protocol?

You lead a space faction against AI rivals in a single-player 4X strategy game. Each match involves colonizing planets, building resource stations, researching technologies, and fighting ship battles on a one-unit-per-tile hex grid. You pursue randomized victory objectives or eliminate rival empires.
