What is Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator?

A single-player, first-person business simulator in Early Access, set on land with unexplained secrets. You start with an empty plot, build parking lots, adjust prices, upgrade equipment, and hire cashiers and security guards as you expand into new zones. You also confront thieves using punches, blocks, and dodges.
