What is TOHOTOPIA?

This Early Access strategy game follows Touhou characters competing in a gaming tournament in Gensokyo. You explore hidden terrain, expand territory, build cities, and raise armies to conquer rival empires, choosing whether to ally with or betray them. Matches support solo play or online competition for up to four players.
