What is Pathogenic?

You control a parasite trying to infect its human host in this top-down 2D shooter. Each run takes you through procedurally generated areas of the body, fighting immune cells, rival parasites, and bosses while grafting looted organelles onto yourself to change your movement and attacks. Collected plasmid fragments fund permanent upgrades between runs.
