What is WORLD HEROES PERFECT?

This PC version of a 1995 arcade fighting game retains the original pixel graphics and gameplay. You fight head-to-head matches using character-specific attacks and guard-breaking moves, building a Hero Gauge that strengthens special moves and desperation attacks.
