What is Qliphah in Providence's Shadow?

Set in a ruined Tokyo, this single-player RPG follows investigator Rena and Soma, a delivery boy left partly transformed into a monster, as they investigate a demonic drug. You coordinate their skills, manage cooldowns, and slow or pause battles to plan your next move.
