What is Mixed Spirits: Bartender?

You run your own bar in a single-player simulator structured around evening shifts. You take orders, match ingredients to customers’ tastes, choose glassware and garnishes, and chat with guests. Between shifts, you prepare ingredients at home and visit shops for supplies and upgrades.
