What is Rogue Wizards?
An isometric, turn-based RPG set in Rilfanor, where magical talent emerges among people excluded from the magic guild. You explore randomly generated dungeons, fight monsters, avoid traps, and solve puzzles. Between dungeon trips, you craft and enchant gear, upgrade spells across six magic schools, and develop a town around your Wizard Tower.
For you if...
- +you enjoy adjusting weapons and tactics to different enemy abilities
Not for you if...
- −you want real-time combat instead of turn-by-turn dungeon exploration
What players say
78% of 130 reviews are positive
Players praise the colorful cartoon art and approachable dungeon crawling. Recurring complaints concern enemies scaling with your level, which players say weakens the sense of progression, and scarce casting resources that restrict spell use.
