What is Lords of the Realm II?

A medieval strategy game set in 13th-century England, combining turn-based kingdom management with real-time field battles and castle sieges. You grow crops, collect taxes, make weapons, raise armies, design fortresses, and conquer rival nobles in a bid for the throne.
