This turn-based strategy simulation is set in the Three Kingdoms era and uses the game system of Romance of the Three Kingdoms II. You play scenarios involving officers and rival forces. The free edition can load scenarios made by other players, while the full edition lets you edit officers, forces, and battlefields to create your own.
