What is Combolands: Roguelike Citybuilder?

A single-player, 2D strategy game mixing deckbuilding and city building. In roughly half-hour runs, you pick two guilds, build a town on a procedurally generated island, and adjust your strategy with building upgrades, passive heirlooms, and map-altering potions.
