What is Pro Cycling Manager 2016?

A cycling management simulation set in the 2016 professional season. You recruit riders, negotiate contracts, plan training and race schedules, and direct your team during race stages in real time. Career mode puts you in charge of a team, while Pro Cyclist mode follows a single rider; you can play solo or online with other managers.
