What is Wabisabi SushiDerby?

As an apprentice sushi chef aiming for the S1 Cup, you source toppings, prepare racers, and train them in this single-player, 2D racing simulation. Between races, you reinvest winnings in better sushi, whose performance declines after each outing. During races, you time boosts to dodge chopsticks and overtake rivals.
