What is It Reaches?

A single-player, first-person survival horror game following police officer Jason Thompson after a routine operation traps him in an abandoned hospital. You search its rooms and underground facilities for clues and an exit, solve environmental puzzles, avoid lethal traps, and manage limited supplies while hiding from a pursuing entity or fighting creatures with weapons.
