What is Uktena 64 - Ultimate?

This first-person hunting game follows two brothers across Nintendo 64-style locations in separate campaigns. As Jeb, you kill diseased animals and photograph their mutations for the CDC. As Jeeb, you take a CIA job to destroy infected bodies but plan to use their meat at your failing barbecue restaurant.
