What is Ion Assault?
This single-player space shooter puts you in a ship that absorbs loose ion particles and fires them at asteroids and enemies. Each level has a limited particle supply, while power-ups improve your ship, defenses, or firepower. You progress through four sectors, each ending in a boss fight.
For you if...
- +you enjoy chasing higher scores through combos and multipliers
Not for you if...
- −you prefer varied objectives over repeatedly clearing asteroid fields
