What is Angel Engine?

You work at a research center after a nuclear catastrophe in this first-person horror surgery simulator, helping scientists try to save humanity. Operations involve treating test subjects through minigames using a mechanical arm, while maintaining equipment and fending off demons. Each operation adds complexity, and you must finish before the patient wakes up.
