What is Kings of Israel?
This single-player board game adaptation takes place in ancient Israel, where a team of prophets tries to prevent the kingdom's destruction. Each turn, you use actions and resources to counter spreading evil and idolatry while building the altars needed to win. You can increase the difficulty as you progress.
For you if...
- +you enjoy planning around limited actions and resources
- +you want optional Bible study questions alongside strategy
Not for you if...
- −you want to play with others instead of solo
- −you prefer predictable outcomes with little reliance on chance
What players say
91% of 101 reviews are positive
Players praise the biblical historical content and approachable rules. Some find winning frustratingly difficult, and a critical review singles out harmful cards overpowering helpful ones.
