What is ALTEREDBLOOD+ [AB+]?

This single-player first-person shooter is in Early Access and takes place inside MOTHER, a universe-consuming megastructure that creates you to stop humanity. You slide, dash, and stomp through enemy blood to regain health and ammo, while standing in it changes your weapons and movement. Story missions unlock weapons for a separate wave-based survival mode.
