What is Nemesis of the Roman Empire?

This real-time strategy game has separate single-player campaigns for Rome and Carthage, set during their conflict after Rome invades Africa. You command armies, capture settlements and resource caravans, manage resources, and use ships to transport troops or fight at sea.
