What is Magical Girl ER?

In this horror medical simulation, you temporarily run a hospital treating magical girls injured in kaiju disasters. You admit or reject patients, examine them with medical tools, and choose treatments. Runs last about 20–40 minutes, and your decisions affect patient survival, hospital reputation, and which of the 11 endings you reach.
