What is Team Fortress 2?

It is a free-to-play, class-based first-person shooter built around online team matches. Players choose one of nine classes with different weapons and tactical abilities, then pursue objectives in modes including Capture the Flag, Control Point, Payload, Arena, and King of the Hill; training and offline practice provide ways to learn.
