What is Victory and Glory: Napoleon?

This single-player strategy wargame takes place on a map of Europe during the Napoleonic Wars. As Napoleon, you move armies and navies, recruit troops, claim regions, and fight land and naval battles against computer-controlled allies of Great Britain. Six scenarios begin at different points in the war, while event cards can affect battles, recruitment, and politics.
