What is Stellar Monarch?

A single-player 4X game in which you govern an interstellar empire as its emperor. You grant audiences, appoint officials, issue edicts, set production priorities, and deal with court factions and rebellions. Alien civilizations operate under different rules rather than competing as equivalent players.
