What is OFFBEAT?

Set in 198X, this single-player simulation casts you as a working composer taking paid commissions. You compose and record tracks, spend your earnings on equipment upgrades, and progress through chapters themed around electronic music styles. Each track is saved to your computer as a WAV file.
