What is Joy Malignant?

This surreal narrative RPG takes place in Visceria, a cursed city where people's pasts determine their appearance. As a faceless person with an erased past, you manage resources, explore ruins and slaughterhouses, and study other characters' appearances to learn histories you can use to your advantage.
