What is RUINER?

RUINER is a single-player, top-down shooter set in the cyberpunk city of Rengkok in 2091. You fight groups of enemies with guns, melee weapons, a dash, an energy shield, and the ability to slow time while searching for your kidnapped brother with help from a hacker.
