What is The Wheelchair Man?

In this free, single-player first-person horror adventure, desperation for money draws you into an abandoned apartment complex. You search for cash and upgrades amid traps and barricades while the Wheelchair Man hunts you. Your goal is to collect $5,000 and leave alive.
