What is Three Kingdoms:Yi?

You play a ruler supporting the declining Han dynasty in a 2D strategy game set in the Three Kingdoms era. Each run begins in a province of your choice, where you build a deck, deploy generals in four battlefield slots, and conquer cities to open a route toward Luoyang.
